To help us respond faster, please include the following in your message where it applies:

  • The page URL — for example /game/<slug> or /blog/<slug>
  • Your browser and device — e.g. Chrome 138 on Android 14 / Safari on iPhone 15
  • What you saw — a one-line description of the issue, plus any error message or screenshot if you have one
  • What you expected to see — helps us tell a real bug apart from a feature you'd like added

What to expect

  • DMCA & legal: we follow the procedure documented on the DMCA Policy page; valid notices are actioned promptly.
  • Privacy requests: handled in line with the Privacy Policy; expect a reply within 30 days.
  • Bug reports: we triage on the same day, but a fix may take longer when the issue is on the upstream game publisher's side.
  • What we don't do: guest posts, link exchanges, paid placements, sponsored reviews. Please don't email about those — we won't accept them.
