1. Our position on copyright
fulegames does not host, develop, or own the games embedded on its game pages. Each title is delivered as an external HTML5 iframe from its publisher or a licensed distribution partner. Game thumbnails, video previews, and descriptive metadata are provided by the same upstream sources for indexing purposes.
If you are a rightsholder and you believe a specific game, screenshot, video, text, or any other piece of content displayed on fulegames.com infringes a copyright you own or control, you can ask us to remove it by following the procedure below. We will action valid notices promptly.
2. How to submit a DMCA takedown notice
Send a written notice to [email protected]. To be a valid notice under 17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(3), your message must contain all of the following:
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed (title, author, registration number if available, and a link to an authoritative copy if one exists).
- Identification of the material on fulegames that you believe is infringing, with enough detail to let us locate it — ideally the full URL of the affected page (for example,
https://fulegames.com/game/<slug>) and a description of which element on the page is infringing (game embed, image, text, video, etc.). - Your contact information: full legal name, mailing address, telephone number, and a working email address.
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or are authorised to act on the owner's behalf.
- A physical or electronic signature (a typed full legal name is acceptable for emailed notices).
Important: incomplete notices may be rejected. Knowingly misrepresenting that material is infringing may make you liable for damages under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f). If you are unsure whether the use is infringing, consider consulting a lawyer before submitting a notice.

4. What happens after we receive a valid notice
- We acknowledge receipt of the notice within two business days.
- We disable access to the specific material identified in the notice or remove the relevant page from the public catalog.
- When the affected content is provided by an upstream partner, we forward the notice to that partner and ask them to address the underlying source.
- We notify the original publisher (where one exists) so they have the opportunity to respond with a counter-notice.
5. Counter-notice procedure
If you believe content was removed from fulegames as the result of a mistake or misidentification, you may file a counter-notice with us at [email protected]. A valid counter-notice under 17 U.S.C. § 512(g)(3) must include:
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- Identification of the material that was removed and the location at which it appeared before removal.
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief that the material was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification.
- Your full name, mailing address, telephone number, and a statement consenting to the jurisdiction of the federal court in the district where you reside, or where the service provider is located if you are outside the United States.
On receipt of a valid counter-notice we will forward a copy to the original complainant. If they do not file an action seeking a court order against the user within 10-14 business days, we may restore the affected material.
6. Repeat infringers
fulegames terminates content partnerships, embeds, and accounts of repeat infringers in appropriate circumstances. Patterns of credible takedown notices against the same upstream source will result in that source being removed from the catalog.
7. Designated agent
Notices sent to other addresses (general support, social channels) may be delayed or missed. Please use [email protected] for any copyright matter.
8. Other intellectual property
For trademark, publicity, or other non-copyright IP concerns, please write to [email protected] with a clear description of the issue, the URL involved, and your contact details. We will review the matter and respond with the next steps.
